2. Nature of Astrological Services

VedicAstro provides digital Vedic palmistry, horoscope analyses, and astrological timeline mapping through automated algorithms and AI vision tools. These services are intended for entertainment, spiritual self-discovery, and personal guidance. They are not intended as substitutes for professional psychiatric, legal, financial, or medical counsel.

3. Digital Products & Payment Processing

Users may access initial quiz questions freely. Access to premium extended reports (including downloadable 4-page PDF dossiers) requires payment of the specified fee. Prices are clearly displayed before order finalization. Payments are processed securely through authorized gateway partners (e.g., Razorpay). Upon successful transaction confirmation, access is made immediately available.

4. Acceptable Use & User Submissions

You represent and warrant that:

Any palm photo you upload is your own or submitted with the explicit consent of the individual pictured.
You will not upload fraudulent, obscene, defamatory, or harmful content.
You will not use automated scrapers, bots, or exploit vulnerabilities on this platform.

5. Intellectual Property

All proprietary algorithms, visual designs, 3D zodiac artwork, PDF templates, and brand assets are the exclusive intellectual property of VedicAstro. You are granted a personal, non-commercial, revocable license to view and download your purchased reports. You may not resell, republish, or syndicate our materials without express written authorization.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising in connection with these services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
