• Birth Information: Date of birth, approximate birth time, and city of birth for planetary ephemeris alignment.
• Palm Photography: The image of your open hand/palm that you capture or upload for computer vision line mapping.
• Preferences & Aspirations: Gender and focus goals (career, marriage, spiritual clarity).
• Contact & Order Details: Your email address for delivering reports and transaction reference tokens.

2. How We Process Your Palm Imagery

Your privacy and biometric integrity are treated with the highest degree of respect:

• Palm photos are used exclusively to detect and map line curvature (Heart, Head, Life, and Fate lines) for your personalized astrological reading.
• We do not use your palm images for surveillance, criminal profiling, or unauthorized biometric AI training datasets.
• Uploaded images are held on secure, encrypted storage partitions and can be permanently removed upon verified user request.

3. Security & Storage Standards

All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is protected using industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption. Access to database clusters containing report records is strictly restricted to authenticated application processes.

4. Third-Party Integrations

We partner with certified payment service providers (e.g., Razorpay) to handle secure financial transactions. We do not store your credit card numbers, CVVs, or banking PINs on our servers. For optional AI natural-language report synthesis, prompts are transmitted via secure Google Gemini enterprise API endpoints with strict zero-data-retention parameters.

5. Data Subject Rights & Deletion

Under applicable data protection laws, you retain the right to inspect, correct, or request the immediate deletion of your submitted records and palm photographs from our servers.
