Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Intangible Products

Due to the immediate digital generation and delivery of our customized Palm Reading Reports, Life Prediction Blueprints, and downloadable PDF reports upon payment confirmation, standard physical return policies do not apply once digital analysis begins.

2. Eligible Refund Conditions

We take pride in our astrological craftsmanship. We will gladly issue a 100% full refund under the following documented circumstances:

• Duplicate Transactions: Any accidental double charges resulting from payment gateway latency or network re-submissions.
• Technical Delivery Failure: Instances where your paid report fails to generate or does not become accessible in your dashboard within 24 hours of successful payment confirmation.
• Unreadable File Corruption: If an exported PDF is corrupted or visually unreadable and our support team is unable to provide a restored copy within 48 hours.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be granted in scenarios where:

• You have successfully accessed and downloaded your completed reading and report.
• Dissatisfaction arises solely from personal disagreement with astrological predictions, planetary dasha interpretations, or lifestyle recommendations. Astrological readings are interpretive spiritual guides.
• Incorrect birth details or blurry non-palm photos were intentionally submitted during the quiz.

4. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a review, please email our support desk at contact@vedic-astro.co.in within 7 calendar days of purchase. Please include:

Approved refunds are credited directly back to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, or Net Banking) within 5–7 business days.
